Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

Take product from the fridge and separate linked sausages using scissors. Lay a bacon rasher out flat, roll a sausage up in the bacon and place seam side down on a lined baking tray. Repeat until all of the bacon and sausage has been used. Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.

To Oven Bake - Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 for approx. 20-25 mins, turning halfway.

After cooking - ensure the product is piping hot.

SAUSAGE: Pork (77%), Water, Gluten Free Breadcrumb (Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Maize Starch, Salt, Dextrose), Seasoning (Salt, Rice Flour, Spices, Yeast Extract, Stabilisers (Diphosphates), Preservative (Sodium SULPHITE), Dextrose, Sugar, Natural Flavourings, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Flavouring), Rice Flour. Filled into a beef collagen casing.
BACON: Pork (87%), Water, Salt, Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate), Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate).

  • Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month.
