Our Welsh Beef Pastrami is made with PGI Welsh beef and prepared with care for a deliciously peppery slice of beef.

The thinly sliced pastrami is made from cured beef topside, which has been coated in pepper and carefully selected spices.

Our deli meats are prepared with the care and quality you’d expect from Edwards, The Welsh Butcher.

We only ever use Welsh Beef which has protected geographical indication. This means it has come only from cattle born and bred in Wales, who have benefited from our unique climate and landscape giving the meat a distinctive flavour. Look out for the Welsh Beef PGI logo which provides assurance of where our meat comes from.
