Our Story

Our story began in the beautiful and rugged landscape of North Wales, where the passion for food and produce is as abundant as the rain and fresh air.

In 1983 farmers son Ieuan Edwards decided to leave the family farm to become a butcher. He served an apprenticeship in the beautiful market town of Llanrwst, before training in Switzerland and Holland to become a Master Butcher.
