  9. The closing date for prize claims is 11:59pm on 30 July 2026. Claims received after this date will not be accepted.
  10. The promoter accepts no responsibility for claims that are lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, misdirected or not received for any reason.

Winners may also be asked to provide their name, contact details and proof of purchase for verification purposes.
  14. Winners should retain the original Golden Ticket, as it may be required to validate the claim.
  15. Once a claim has been verified, the promoter will contact the winner to confirm when and where the prize can be collected or delivered.
  16. The promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact and verify winners. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not provide the information required to verify their claim, or is found to be ineligible, the promoter reserves the right to refuse the claim.
  17. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any part of the prize, with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control make this necessary.
  18. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any changes will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

  21. The promoter may be required to make limited winner information available where necessary to comply with promotional marketing rules, unless a winner objects or there is a valid reason not to do so.
  22. Personal data supplied during the promotion will be used only for the administration and fulfilment of the promotion, unless otherwise agreed by the entrant. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
  23. Information provided will be used in conjunction with the promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://thewelshbutcher.co.uk/privacy/
