You may have noticed a sticker on our packs recently. It’s there to mark 40 years since Ieuan first opened his butchers shop in Conwy. A lot has changed in 40 years, but we still have the same respect and appreciation for our customers and the same understanding of what it takes to bring you our best.
Reaching any milestone is an opportunity to reflect on the past, but also look to the future. We know that if we keep holding ourselves to the same values and standards, then we will still be creating food that makes your heart sing for many more years to come.
