Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Our butchers recommend brushing with a little oil before cooking.

To Grill - Place under a preheated medium-hot grill for 14-16 mins, turning regularly.

To Fry - Heat a little oil in a pan. Fry on a medium heat for 14-16 mins, turning regularly.

20 - 25

To Oven Bake - Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 for 20-25 mins, turning halfway.

After cooking - ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.

Pork (77%), Water, Gluten Free Breadcrumb (Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Maize Starch, Salt, Dextrose), Seasoning (Rice Flour, Salt, Spices, Preservative (Sodium Sulphite), Dextrose, Stabilisers (Diphosphates), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Natural Flavourings), Rice Flour, Sage, Parsley. Filled into a Beef Collagen Casing.

  • Keep refrigerated below 4°C , once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date.
  • This product may have previously been frozen and defrosted, further freezing will not affect quality, freeze on day of purchase & use within one month.
  • Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
