Ingredients

  • Edwards Traditional Pork Sausage Meat 350g
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/4 red cabbage
  • 4 red chilis
  • 4 spring onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 lime
  • 1 ginger
  • 2 tbsps mango chutney
  • 2 tbsps mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsps black sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

  • Combine the Edwards Traditional Pork Sausage Meat in a mixing bowl with the ginger, diced red chillis, diced red onion, sliced spring onion and a squeeze of lime juice.
  • Form the sausage meat into a ball and then press into a burger shape.
  • For the mango mayo, combine equal parts mayonnaise with mango chutney.
  • For the Slaw, slice red cabbage and red onion, toss through black sesame seeds, sliced red chilis, grated carrot, sliced spring onions, ginger, coriander, lime juice and salt.
  • Cook the burgers for 5-8 minutes on each side over a medium heat - ensuring that the burger is cooked throughout.
  • Build the burger buns with mango mayo, homemade Asian style Edwards burger and slaw.
