Ingredients

  • 6 Traditional Pork Sausages
  • 1 sheet of premade puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Edible eyes

Cooking Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Unroll the pastry on the baking parchment and cut into thin strips.
  • Wrap each individual sausage with 1 or two strips of pastry.
  • Brush with a beaten egg.
  • Place the baking parchment on to a baking sheet and bake for 25 mins until the sausages are cooked and the pastry is golden.
  • Once cooled, add some spooky edible eyes.
