Ingredients

  • 6 Pork and Leek Sausages
  • 500g potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 40g butter, sliced
  • 100ml milk

Cooking Instructions

  • Cook the Pork and Leek Sausages as per the pack instructions.
  • Bring a pan of water to the boil, add the potato and bring to a simmer.
  • Let the potatoes simmer for approximately 15 minutes or until soft. Drain the potatoes and allow them to dry in the pan.
  • Gradually add the butter and milk to the pan and mash the potatoes, with a potato masher, until soft and creamy.
  • Serve whilst hot.
