Pork & Leek Sausages with Mash Potato
Ingredients
- 6 Pork and Leek Sausages
- 500g potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 40g butter, sliced
- 100ml milk
Cooking Instructions
- Cook the Pork and Leek Sausages as per the pack instructions.
- Bring a pan of water to the boil, add the potato and bring to a simmer.
- Let the potatoes simmer for approximately 15 minutes or until soft. Drain the potatoes and allow them to dry in the pan.
- Gradually add the butter and milk to the pan and mash the potatoes, with a potato masher, until soft and creamy.
- Serve whilst hot.
