Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Our butchers recommend brushing with a little oil before cooking.

To Grill - Place under a preheated medium-hot grill for 14-16 mins, turning regularly.

To Fry - Heat a little oil in a pan. Fry on a medium heat for 14-16 mins, turning regularly.

20 - 25

To Oven Bake - Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 for 20-25 mins, turning halfway.

After cooking - ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.

  • Keep refrigerated below 4°C , once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date.
  • This product may have previously been frozen and defrosted, further freezing will not affect quality, freeze on day of purchase & use within one month.
  • Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
