Smash burgers – but make them mini! These bite-sized flavour bombs are made using our succulent Welsh Beef Steak Meatballs, smashed and seared to juicy perfection.
Ingredients
- 12 Edwards Welsh Beef Steak Meatballs
- 6 mini burger rolls
- 6 slices of cheese
- Tomato ketchup or a sauce of your choice
Cooking Instructions
- 1. Preheat a little oil in a frying pan and place the meatballs, gently pressing them down with a spatula. Cook for a few minutes each side until brown and cooked through.
- 2. Slice the burger rolls and top with a smashed meatball, place a slice of cheese on top and top with second meatball.
- 3. Add a sauce of your choice and serve.
