Ingredients

  • 12 Edwards Welsh Beef Steak Meatballs
  • 6 mini burger rolls
  • 6 slices of cheese
  • Tomato ketchup or a sauce of your choice

Cooking Instructions

  • 1. Preheat a little oil in a frying pan and place the meatballs, gently pressing them down with a spatula. Cook for a few minutes each side until brown and cooked through.
  • 2. Slice the burger rolls and top with a smashed meatball, place a slice of cheese on top and top with second meatball.
  • 3. Add a sauce of your choice and serve.
