Our Welsh Beef Meatballs are made using succulent Welsh Beef steak, delicately seasoned for an unbeatable meatball experience.

We only ever use Welsh Beef which has protected geographical indication. This means it has come only from cattle born and bred in Wales, who have benefited from our unique climate and landscape giving the meat a distinctive flavour. Look out for the Welsh Beef PGI logo which provides assurance of where our meat comes from.

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Not suitable for microwaving.

16-18

To Fry -Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 16-18 minutes, turning frequently.

20 - 22

To Oven Bake -Place on an oven tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 5 for 20-22 minutes, turning halfway.

Ensure the meatballs are piping hot and no pink colour remains.

Storage Instructions

  • Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month
