Ingredients

  • 6 Traditional Pork Sausages
  • 4 rashers smoked streaky bacon
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 small carrot, diced
  • 400g tin haricot beans, drained
  • 1 tbsp English mustard
  • 1 tbsp soft light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 200ml chicken stock
  • Handful of spinach

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 200⁰C/fan. Fry the sausages in a little oil in a casserole dish until brown. Remove the sausages, then add the bacon, onion and carrot and cook until browned.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, season and stir well.
  • Return the cooked sausages to the casserole, cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Add the spinach and allow to cook for 2 minutes, then serve.
