Ready to pan fry, grill or cook in the air fryer, they’re the perfect addition to a traditional breakfast or a flavour-packed twist in modern dishes.
To grill : Place under a preheated medium grill for 16-18 minutes, turning regularly.
To pan fry: Heat a little oil in the pan, fry on a medium heat for 9-11 minutes, turning regularly.
To air fry: Preheat the air fryer to 160⁰C. Place the black pudding in a single layer and cook for 7-9 minutes, turn halfway through cooking.
