Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Our butchers recommend brushing with a little oil before cooking.

To Grill - Place under a preheated medium-hot grill for 10-12 mins, turning regularly.

To Fry - Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 10-12 mins, turning regularly.

18 - 20

To Oven Bake - Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 6 for 18-20 mins, turning halfway.

After cooking - ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.
