These Party Sausages with Chilli and Maple Glaze are a delicious and sure fire people pleaser. Our Traditional Pork Cocktail Sausages are made using only the finest cuts of British Pork, delicately seasoned for a succulent and flavoursome bite-sized sausage.

A perfect party piece, the punchy chilli flavours are balanced by the sweet maple syrup to compliment the savoury flavours of the traditional pork sausage meat that we use in these party sausages.

  • 25 Edwards Traditional Pork Cocktail Sausages
  • 2 red chillies, finely chopped
  • 100ml maple syrup
  • 2 tsps cider vinegar
  • 20g ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 tsps sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds, for sprinkling
  • Handful of coriander leaves and lime wedges, to serve

Cooking Instructions

  • Mix the chillies, maple syrup, cider vinegar, ginger and sesame oil in a small pan on low heat and bring to a simmer. Cook until slightly reduced, after 2-3 mins. Remove from the heat and leave to cool slightly.
  • Coat the Edwards Traditional Pork Cocktail Sausages in half the glaze, sprinkle with sesame seeds, place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5 for 18-20 mins, turning halfway through cooking, ensuring that they are cooked throughout.
  • Pour the remaining glaze into a small dish and scatter with some more sesame seeds. Serve the sausages scattered with some extra chillies and the coriander, with some lime wedges and the glaze on the side for dipping.
