Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.

14 - 16

To Grill - Place under a preheated medium grill for 14-16 mins, turning regularly.

bake icon

20 - 25

To Oven Bake - Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 for approx. 20-25 mins, turning halfway.

After cooking - ensure the product is piping hot.

Filled into a beef collagen casing.
BACON: Pork (87%), Water, Salt, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate).

  • This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted, further freezing will not affect quality.
