This means it has come only from cattle born and bred in Wales, who have benefited from our unique climate and landscape giving the meat a distinctive flavour. Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Not suitable for microwaving.

To Grill - Place under a pre-heated medium grill for 16-18 mins, turning regularly.

To Fry - Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 12-14 mins, turning regularly.

bake icon


To Oven Bake - Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 5 for 22-24 mins, turning halfway.

After cooking - ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.

Storage Instructions

  • Keep refrigerated, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date.
  • This product may have previously been frozen and defrosted, further freezing will not affect quality.
  • Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month.
  • Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
