- Edwards Traditional Pork Sausage Meat
- Edwards Dry Cured Streaky Bacon
- Cranberry sauce, for dipping
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°c
- Divide sausage meat roughly into 16 pieces
- Gently shape each piece of sausage meat into a ball and wrap with a slice of bacon. Skewer each piece with a cocktail stick.
- Place on a greased oven tray and cook for 30 minutes until the bacon is crisp and the sausage meat is cooked through.
- Serve warm with a cranberry dip.
