This recipe includes our Traditional Pork Sausage Meat, made from the finest cuts of British Pork, delicately seasoned and wrapped in our finest unsmoked streaky bacon. For some additional sweetness, serve with a cranberry dip for the ultimate Christmas snack.

Ingredients

  • Edwards Traditional Pork Sausage Meat
  • Edwards Dry Cured Streaky Bacon
  • Cranberry sauce, for dipping

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 190°c
  • Divide sausage meat roughly into 16 pieces
  • Gently shape each piece of sausage meat into a ball and wrap with a slice of bacon. Skewer each piece with a cocktail stick.
  • Place on a greased oven tray and cook for 30 minutes until the bacon is crisp and the sausage meat is cooked through.
  • Serve warm with a cranberry dip.
