Spaghetti Carbonara with Honey & Rosemary Pigs in Blankets

Add a festive twist to your spaghetti carbonara with our award-winning Honey & Rosemary Pigs in Blankets. They were recently voted the top 10 ‘Best Pigs in Blankets for Christmas’ by the Good Housekeeping family.

Ingredients

  • 8 Honey & Rosemary Pigs in Blankets
  • 300g spaghetti
  • 3 medium eggs, lightly beaten
  • 80g parmesan, finely grated
  • Black pepper, to season

Cooking Instructions

  • Cook the Honey & Rosemary Pigs in Blankets as per the pack instructions and cut in half.
  • Bring a pan of water to the boil, add the spaghetti and cook for 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, drain, reserving a mug of cooking water and return the pasta to the pan.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and parmesan together. Gradually add to the pasta, stirring continuously until the pasta is covered. Add a splash of the cooking water if needed and stir until you have a smooth, glossy sauce.
  • Top with the Honey & Rosemary Pigs in Blankets and serve topped with a grind of black pepper.
