Honey, Ginger & Garlic Pork Meatball Bao Buns with Teriyaki

Canapé season is upon us and what better way to indulge than with our Honey, Ginger & Garlic Pork Meatball bao buns with a drizzle of Teriyaki sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Honey, Ginger & Garlic Meatballs
  • 6 bao buns
  • Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Spring onions, finely chopped
  • Teriyaki sauce

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 190°c fan/ 180°c gas.
  • Place the Honey, Ginger & Garlic Pork Meatballs on an oven tray and cook for 16-18 minutes, turning half way. Once cooked, remove from oven and slice each meatball in half.
  • Cook the bao buns as per the pack instructions. Place a couple of meatballs in each bao bun and add several slices of cucumber and spring onion.
  • Finish off with a drizzle of teriyaki sauce and serve.
