Our Welsh Lamb Apricot and Honey Burgers are made using succulent Welsh Lamb, combined beautifully with apricot and honey for a deliciously sweet and savoury burger.

We only ever use Welsh lamb which has protected geographical indication. This means it has come only from lamb born and bred in Wales, who have benefited from our unique climate and landscape giving the meat a distinctive flavour. Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Not suitable for microwaving.

To Grill - Place under a preheated medium-hot grill for 20-22 mins, turning regularly.

To Fry - Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 20-22 mins, turning regularly.

30 - 32

To Oven Bake - Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 5 for 30-32 mins, turning halfway.

air frying icon

18 - 20

To Air Fry - Preheat the air fryer to 170°C. Place in the air fryer and cook for 18-20 minutes, turn halfway through cooking.

After cooking ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.

Storage Instructions

  • Keep refrigerated below 4°C, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date.
  • This product may have previously been frozen and defrosted, further freezing will not affect quality.
  • Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
