Our Welsh Lamb Kofta Kebabs are made using succulent Welsh Lamb, gently flavoured with harissa paste and carefully selected herbs and spices.

These deliciously meaty kebabs are most suited to Greek cuisine, but are superb in Mediterranean, Moroccan and Mexican recipes. Check out our recipe page for lots of meal inspiration.

We only ever use Welsh lamb which has protected geographical indication. This means it has come only from lamb born and bred in Wales, who have benefited from our unique climate and landscape giving the meat a distinctive flavour. Look out for the Welsh Lamb PGI logo which provides assurance of where our meat comes from.

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Not suitable for microwaving.

20 - 22

To Grill -Place under a preheated medium-hot grill for 20-22 mins, turning regularly.

17 - 19

To Fry -Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 17-19 mins, turning regularly.

20 - 22

To Oven Bake -Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 5 for 20-22 mins, turning halfway.

12 - 14

To Air Fry -Preheat the air fryer to 160°C. Place in a single layer and cook for 12-14 minutes, turn halfway through cooking.

After cooking ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.

Storage Instructions

  • Keep refrigerated below 4°C, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date.
  • This product may have previously been frozen and defrosted, further freezing will not affect quality.
  • Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
