Honey, Ginger & Garlic Pork Meatball Bao Buns with Teriyaki
Ingredients
- 1 pack Honey, Ginger & Garlic Meatballs
- 6 bao buns
- Cucumber, thinly sliced
- Spring onions, finely chopped
- Teriyaki sauce
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°c fan/ 180°c gas.
- Place the Honey, Ginger & Garlic Pork Meatballs on an oven tray and cook for 16-18 minutes, turning half way. Once cooked, remove from oven and slice each meatball in half.
- Cook the bao buns as per the pack instructions. Place a couple of meatballs in each bao bun and add several slices of cucumber and spring onion.
- Finish off with a drizzle of teriyaki sauce and serve.
