Pork Sausage Roll Wraps
Ingredients
- 6 Traditional Pork Sausages
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 small red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 red apple, sliced
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 50ml water
- 5 tortilla wraps
- Jar cranberry sauce
- 100g rocket leaves
- 160g brie, sliced
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°c/Fan 170°c.
- In a large pan, melt the butter over a medium heat and gradually add the red cabbage until all coated in butter. Sauté gently for 5 minutes.

- Meanwhile, place the sausages on an oven tray and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway. Remove from oven and place to one side.
