Our Welsh Lamb Meatballs are made using succulent Welsh Lamb, delicately seasoned for a meatball experience like not other.

These delicious and flavoursome meatballs are suited to multiple cuisines, from Greek platters to Asian inspired dishes. Check out our recipe page for lots of meal inspiration.

We only ever use Welsh Lamb which has protected geographical indication. This means it has come only from lamb born and bred in Wales, who have benefited from our unique climate and landscape giving the meat a distinctive flavour. Look out for the Welsh Lamb PGI logo which provides assurance of where our meat comes from.

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Not suitable for microwaving.

16 - 18

To Fry -Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 16-18 mins, turning regularly.

bake icon

23 - 25

To Oven Bake -Place on an oven tray and cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 5 for 23-25 mins, turning half way through cooking.

Ensure the meatballs are piping hot and no pink colour remains.

Lamb 80%, Water, Gluten Free Breadcrumb (Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Maize Starch, Salt, Dextrose), Onion, Seasoning (Sea Salt, Spices, Preservative (Sodium Sulphite), Herbs, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Garlic), Rice Flour, Rosemary, Garlic Puree, Parsley.

Storage Instructions

  • Keep refrigerated blow 4°C, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date.
  • This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted, further freezing will not affect quality.
  • Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze
