Welsh Beef Steak Meatball Kebabs
Ingredients
- 12 Edwards Welsh Beef Steak Meatballs
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Place 3 wooden skewers into a tray of cold water to soak.
- Pre-heat oven to 190⁰c/Fan 180⁰c/Gas
- Deseed the peppers and cut into 3cm chunks
- Skewer the meatballs and peppers, alternating between both
- Place on an oven tray and cook in the centre of the pre-heated oven for 20-22 minutes, turning halfway
- Serve immediately with a side of your choice
