Ingredients

  • 6 Edwards Streaky Bacon rashers
  • 250g wheel of camembert
  • 1 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 1 sprig of rosemary

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6. Wrap the whole camembert in Edwards Streaky Bacon and fry the tops and bottom until the bacon is cooked but not crisp.
  • Then place snuggly in a heatproof dish in the oven for 10 minutes until the camembert is melted in the centre.
  • Finish off in the grill if the bacon isn't crispy on top.
  • Season with salt and pepper and finish with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and fresh rosemary to garnish.
  • Enjoy with a fresh crusty French stick and glass of quality red wine.
