Edwards BLT Sandwich Stack

Name a better classic than the BLT. This triple-stacked sandwich is a timeless favourite, layered with crisp, fresh lettuce, juicy slices of ripe tomato, and our thick-cut Unsmoked Bacon rashers, cooked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 6 Thick Rasher Unsmoked Dry Cured Bacon
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • Thick crusty bread
  • Butter

Cooking Instructions

  • Carefully cut 6 slices of crusty white bread and spread with butter.
  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon rashers on a medium heat for 4-6 minutes, turning regularly.
  • Slice the tomato and lettuce and place on the buttered bread. Top with bacon rashers and a slice of bread.
  • Repeat the layering process to create your sandwich stack.
