Our Gammon Steaks are cured in our special recipe brine and sliced into thick steaks to deliver a delicious flavour and especially succulent texture.

A sumptuous choice for the classic ham egg and chips, we also enjoy using our Gammon Steaks as star ingredients across a wide range of cuisines – from scintillating stir-frys to perfect pasta dishes. Check out our recipe page for lots of meal inspiration.

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging.

Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.

To Grill - Place under a preheated medium-hot grill for 14-16 mins, turning regularly.

To Fry - Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 9-11 mins, turning regularly.

After cooking - ensure the product is piping hot.

  • Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month.
